You couldn't help but just instantly like Rachelle. From the moment I met Rachelle, she was just a bubbling ball of happiness!! Her husband to be Neil, was totally kind and wonderful too. I knew there wedding day was going to be great fun because the bride and groom had every intention of making that happen.
